Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 90% refund.
12 to 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Less than 12 hours before the experience: No refund will be issued.
Special Dates: Cancellations are not allowed for experiences booked on 13th–14th February (Valentine’s packages), Karva Chauth, and other festival-based packages.

Decoration At Home
A Professional Decorator Will Come For Decoration At Your Chosen Location And Time Slot.
Need to know
Your address & any other personal preferences will be taken after your booking.
Tape will be used in the decoration to place balloons on wall/ ceiling (we recommend you to remove cello tapes immediately after the celebration to avoid chipping of paint).
Please arrange a stool or a ladder in case balloons are to be placed on ceiling.
Surge Charge is applicable for same day bookings.
