- More than 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 90% refund.
- 12 to 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours before the experience: No refund will be issued.
- Special Dates: Cancellations are not allowed for experiences booked on 13th–14th February (Valentine’s packages), Karva Chauth, and other festival-based packages.

Need to know
- Your address & any other personal preferences will be taken after your booking.
- Tape will be used in the decoration to place balloons on wall/ ceiling (we recommend you to remove cello tapes immediately after the celebration to avoid chipping of paint).
- Please arrange a stool or a ladder in case balloons are to be placed on ceiling.
- Surge Charge is applicable for same day bookings.
- All Safety Precautions Followed by Decorator-Regular Temp , Using Hand Sanitisers & Wearing Face Mask.
