Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 90% refund.
- 12 to 24 hours before the experience: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours before the experience: No refund will be issued.
- Special Dates: Cancellations are not allowed for experiences booked on 13th–14th February (Valentine’s packages), Karva Chauth, and other festival-based packages.
